Job summary

S:US is seeking a Junior HCMS Analyst to support workforce data collection, organization, and analysis. You will contribute to recruitment, retention, performance, and compliance initiatives while escalating data quality and HR system improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, with responsibilities spanning reports, I-9 maintenance, license verifications, and system upkeep within our HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG, Dayforce, iCIMS, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• HR Data reporting – Maintain recurring HR reports with data accuracy.
• Ad‑hoc reporting – Produce one‑off reports for HR leadership and teams.
• I‑9 maintenance – Manage I‑9 docs and ensure compliance.
• Monthly license verifications – Check licenses and document results.
• AI technology adoption – Monitor HR chatbot performance and suggest improvements.
• System maintenance – Update employee records and audit data quality.
• DocuWare uploads – Index and store new‑hire documents.
• Compliance & documentation – Support audits and regulatory adherence.
• Process improvement – Identify inefficiencies and suggest data‑driven improvements.
