Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the US to join the HR Demand Operations team in Cary, NC. You will act as a SME for Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll in Workday and UKG/Kronos, delivering HR service support to the HR community and business managers.

You will partner with IS, vendors and HRBPs to improve HCM, Time Tracking and Payroll systems, while maintaining compliance and supporting the system lifecycle and user training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR data systems and business data processes.
• Ability to design and document detailed requirement specifications.
• Experience partnering with IS, vendors and HR business partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR service assistance to HR community, managers and employees.
• Process complex HR requests related to Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll technologies.
• Support the full system development life cycle and root-cause analyses for system issues.
• Provide centralized administrator system support and user training facilitation.
