- Serve as senior technical and functional expert for enterprise platforms, focusing on Workday and UKG Pro WFM.
- Lead design, configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment of enhancements and integrations.
- Mentor application analysts and provide advanced production support on-call.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architecture, security, and IS teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure governance, security, and data integrity across enterprise systems.
