Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a detail-oriented US Workday Payroll Analyst to manage and optimize our end-to-end payroll operations for US employees, with expertise in Workday Payroll and integration with ADP SmartCompliance. You will process biweekly payroll, ensure compliance, support audits, and partner with HR and Benefits to keep data accurate, while exploring automation and process improvements.

Candidates should have 5–7+ years of US payroll experience, hands-on Workday experience (UKG ok),

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of US payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll (open to UKG).
• Multi-state payroll expertise.
• Strong knowledge of US tax regulations and wage laws.
• Experience with payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly US payroll in Workday or UKG.
• Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
