Zusammenfassung

ABB Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll (Workday + UKG/Kronos) to join the US Operational Services HR Demand Operations team in a hybrid role out of Cary, NC.

You will support HR service requests, partner with IS and HRBPs, and help maintain the HCM, Time Tracking and Payroll systems for efficiency and compliance. You will design detailed requirements, work with stakeholders, and assist in the full system development life cycle,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and HCM core areas, Kronos/UGKPro.
Deep understanding of payroll processes and data flows between HR, Benefits, Stock, Compensation and Payroll.
Experience with HR teams to develop and implement technical solutions that improve efficiencies.
Ability to present and train users on system functionality and processes.

Aufgaben

Support and optimize design, development and performance of HR data systems.
Ensure functionality of new systems to meet business and compliance requirements.
Maintain system compliance with GDPR, SOX and other control narratives.
Build relationships across HR to deliver excellent customer service and respond to requests.
Act as SME in UKG Pro, Workday Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll.
