Venteon is seeking an HRIS specialist to support Workday, focusing on HR, Payroll and Benefits modules. The role partners with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to improve functionality, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver system enhancements across a global user base.

You will maintain configurations, security, and business processes, while coordinating with external payroll providers and benefit carriers to keep data accurate and aligned with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years supporting Workday in an HRIS environment.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits.

• Execute system improvement initiatives and small projects
• Provide user guidance, training, and documentation
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and system usage

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
