GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an HR Systems Analyst in Lawrenceville, GA. The role focuses on administering the HCM system, optimizing HR technology, and partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate and secure data.

The position emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across HR data, credentials, payroll, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. A strong background in HR systems and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–4 years of HR-related experience.
• Experience in HCM administration, HR systems, or HR analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday/UKG/ADP/Oracle/Dayforce or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to create HR reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HCM and related HR technology applications.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Manage integrations between HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide HR system training and user support to HR staff and managers.
• Ensure data integrity and security of HR data.
