Qualifications

• Exposure to contractor workforce management, staffing, or professional services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to streamline HR and onboarding processes through automation and technology solutions.
• Manage client onboarding reference updates and maintain accurate and timely entry of customer and employee data.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure HR data, records, and reporting comply with company standards and applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits through accurate record‑keeping, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
