Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst in Atlanta to ensure clinical applications run smoothly and support patient care delivery. You will troubleshoot issues, implement system changes, and optimize workflows in collaboration with healthcare providers and IT teams.

Responsibilities include testing upgrades, translating clinician requests into technical requirements, and developing training materials to promote effective use of our technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, healthcare informatics, nursing informatics, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT support or clinical systems within healthcare.
• Understanding of EHR/EMR, PACS, and medical device software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for clinical applications used by providers.
• Understand clinical workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate user needs into technical requirements and design solutions.
• Participate in testing and UAT for new systems and upgrades.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
