Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting HRIS, payroll, benefits, or related HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, and data management processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with system testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and project support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HRIS platforms and related applications that power HR operations.
• Serve as a go-to resource for system functionality, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Configure and maintain security roles, permissions, and user access.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights for leadership.
• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytics that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve HR processes through technology.
• Support data integrations and ensure seamless information flow across systems and vendors.
• Participate in HR technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.
