Vivie in Minnesota is seeking an Associate Systems Analyst to support day-to-day operation and ongoing improvements of HR technology and business systems. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams to implement enhancements and ensure data integrity, turning ideas into tangible solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems or business systems.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or enterprise systems.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• System Support & Administration - maintain employee data, configure, test updates, manage user access, ensure data accuracy.
• Process Improvement & Implementation - identify opportunities to improve workflows and system processes; assist with enhancements and automation.
• Reporting & Data Support - create, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards; analyze data for trends.
• Technical Support & Training - troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and train users on system functionality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - work with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Operations, and vendors.
• Project Execution - assist with system upgrades, testing, implementations, and special projects.
• Other Duties as Assigned - include but not limited to.
