Job summary

Rivian is seeking a People Systems Solution Analyst to configure, enhance, and deploy Workday-based solutions. You will ensure data integrity, build audit programs, and design AI-driven processes to automate reconciliation and classification of issues.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of HRIS or People Operations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, JIRA.
• Must have experience utilizing an HRIS system, Workday preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of People data across Workday by designing and executing recurring audit programs.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven data reconciliation processes that cross-reference Workday records against authoritative sources.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and validation of new People system functionalities and configurations.
• Lead end-to-end testing, documentation, and validation of new Workday functionalities and release updates.
• Design AI-augmented regression testing frameworks that auto-generate test scenarios and dashboards.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging Workday AI features and assess fit with data privacy standards.
• Maintain system process documentation, including guides, manuals, and training materials.
• Partner with Employee Experience, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams.
• Continuously analyze the People Systems landscape to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional special projects and initiatives; scoping requirements and delivering on time.
• Bring an automation-first mindset to replace repetitive steps with AI-enabled workflows.
