Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND one year of related experience.
• Associates degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future state business processes.
• Develop business functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Develop test plans and scripts and test new or upgraded technology.
• Provide technical support for system maintenance or enhancements.
• Create user guides and supporting documentation.
• Provide user support and training on new applications.
• Communicate software issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and the technical team.
