Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Omaha is seeking an HR Systems Support Specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems, including case resolution via Service Now, chat and phone support. The role is onsite at the Omaha plant with a 2nd shift schedule.

You will handle high volumes of data entry related to hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other confidential items, monitor HR inboxes, and escalate to COE, HR Partners or leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with a broad range of end users.
• Strong customer service, analytical and troubleshooting skills; detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures.
• Review and update key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborate with People Operations to meet service level agreements and KPIs.
