Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Systems Support specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes. You will be the first point of contact for users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk-up support and first-level resolutions.

Responsibilities include updating personal data, LOA support, monitoring HR inboxes, and escalating to Centers of Excellence or Directors as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in customer support are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic data entry and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume walk-up support and incoming HR-related calls.
• Assist with updating employee data and LOA processes; monitor HR inboxes.
• Escalate issues to Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, or Leadership as needed.
