Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Advisor HR for the 2nd shift at the Rogers Plant to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and employee inquiries. You will handle multi-channel support via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, addressing walk-ins and data entry tasks.

The role requires strong communication, technical proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), and the ability to escalate to leadership as needed. On-site work from 3PM to 11:30PM is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine HR inquiries and updates.
• Handles data entry, updates personal information, and HR system navigation.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet SLAs and KPI targets.
• Escalates issues to Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, or Leadership as needed.
