Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Advisor HR for the 2nd shift at the Dakota City, NE facility. The role provides first-line support for HR systems via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk-up inquiries and data updates with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in customer support, with strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP/HR and Workday not required but highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess excellent customer service, analytical and trouble-shooting skills, planning and organizational skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures (such as address changes, application support, background check corrections and employee self-service support).
• Review and update key business processes and general master data components.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to achieve faster support service level agreements that ensure department KPIs are met.
