Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a candidate to provide HR systems and process support from the Carthage, MS plant. This role will be the first contact for users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume requests and basic data entry tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining master data, updating personnel information, and collaborating with the People Operations team to meet SLAs. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in customer support are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP/HR knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support a broad user base.
• Team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide process and transactional support for HR systems via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.
• Handle high volume walk-up support and first-level inquiries for People Operations.
• Escalate issues to Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, or Leadership as needed.
