Qualifications

• Minimum experience in human resources or related field.
• Experience resolving conflicts and advising on employee relations issues.
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for HR questions and concerns.
• Supervise HR Administrative Assistants and Generalists.
• Review and approve time-off requests.
• Participate in interviews, training and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate HR team meetings and conference calls.
• Advise management on employee relations resolutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records across systems.
• Assist with benefits administration and 401K programs.
• Support with investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HR calendars and reporting.
