Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Philadelphia is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead the HR team, manage training initiatives, and coordinate mandatory compliance programs. You will be the primary liaison for Managers/Leads and HR staff to ensure timely, accurate people processes and aligned goals.

The role covers benefits administration support, employee record maintenance, investigations, onboarding, and teaching activities, while maintaining HR calendars and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Experience in conflict resolution.
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for Human Resources related questions & concerns
• Manages work load of HR Administrative Assistants & Generalists
• Reviews & approves Time Off Requests
• Participants in interview, training & on-boarding processes
• Facilitates Human Resources team meetings/conference calls
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records in various systems
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
• Maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
• Assist with administers benefits programs such as health, vision and dental insurance, and 401K
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier
• Maintain HR Calendars
• Other duties as assigned
