Job summary

California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services seeks a Supervisor I to lead the Classification & Pay unit. You will supervise analysts, mentor staff, and ensure consistent processes while supporting the mission of Cal OES.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with HR administration, including training staff and handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
