Qualifikationen

• Experience working in payroll and leave programs, applying laws, rules and regulations.
• Ability to produce written materials and support HR decision making.
• Experience with Pay Letters and PayScales administration.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert policy guidance on salary and leave determinations to state departments.
• Administer the State Restriction of Appointment (SROA) program and issue Pay Letters.
• Evaluate and administer PayScales for the Personnel Services Branch (PSB).
• Support Analyst III level duties if applicable.
