Topaz HR is seeking a Human Resources Strategic Partner in West Orange, NJ to align HR-DOL laws with client policies and provide strategic HR guidance.

You will oversee hiring and onboarding, draft onboarding plans, and deliver insights on compliance and practical employee journey aspects. The role requires 3–5 years HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and onsite work with travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist/HRBP/Manager/Director experience.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Align HR laws with current company policies and training for clients.
• Draft HR documents to meet client needs, such as job descriptions and offer letters.
• Advise clients on hiring, compensation, culture, performance, terminations, benefits, disciplinary action, and leave management.
