Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day human resources functions across the firm
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives related to hiring, retention, employee relations, and compliance
• Shape HR policies, support staff development, and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
• Lead firmwide recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives in compliance with employment laws and best practices
• Assess staffing needs and maintain appropriate staffing ratios across departments
• Collaborate on administration of benefits programs, including 401(k) and profit-sharing plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
