Topaz HR is seeking a Human Resources Strategic Partner to oversee hiring and onboarding processes, draft essential HR documents, and provide strategic advice. This full-time position is based in The Bronx, NY, and requires up to 70% travel across New York City.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience as a Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular assessments to align HR laws with company policies.
• Draft HR documents to meet client needs, such as job descriptions and offer letters.
• Advise clients on best practices in hiring and employee management.
• Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for client employees.
