Responsibilities

• Keep the VP leadership deck accurate, current and free of vanity charts.
• Coordinate handoff between Total Rewards closing and onboarding in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design dashboards that track revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Stress-test the forecast against the Mississippi scenario nobody wants.
• Hold a forecast review where decisions actually happen.
• Sit in on VP hiring to ensure the org chart matches the strategy.
