1522 Advisors is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Human Resources reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will lead the HR function for a designated department, manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, HR generalists, and benefits coordinators, and serve as a strategic partner to department leadership.

You will optimize internal recruiting, know when to use external staffing firms, and align HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Significant HR leadership experience at VP/Head level.
• Experience leading HR teams including talent acquisition, HR generalists, and benefits coordinators.
• Experience working with third-party staffing and recruiting firms; understand direct hire, contract-to-hire, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong business partner to department leadership and Chief People Officer.

• Own HR function for designated department and lead a team that includes talent acquisition, HR generalists, and benefits coordinators.
• Responsibilities include talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits coordination, performance management, compliance, organizational development, leadership support, HR policies, onboarding, retention, and HR systems.
• Partner with department leaders, Finance, Operations, and the Chief People Officer to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
• Lead and manage relationships with outside staffing agencies, executive recruiters, niche recruiting firms, and contract labor providers; negotiate terms and ensure performance.
