Doosan Bobcat is seeking an HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition (Temporary) to support hourly production staffing at a manufacturing location. You will partner with Operations and People Relations to source, screen, and onboard candidates, coordinate hiring events, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

About the role: The HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition (Temporary) position supports hourly production hiring for an assigned manufacturing location by partnering with Operations and People Relations teams to meet staffing goals. This role is responsible for candidate sourcing, candidate pipeline management, hiring event coordination, onboarding support, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The position may also provide recruiting support to additional locations as business needs arise.

Role & Responsibility

What you'll do

Recruiting & Staffing Support

• Partner with Operations and People Relations to support hourly production staffing needs.
• Participate in staffing meetings and provide recruitment updates as needed.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for hourly production positions.
• Review applications and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer creation, candidate movement, and position tracking activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within applicant tracking systems.
• Monitor and manage candidates through the VidCruiter virtual interview process.

Hiring Event Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and promote job fairs and hiring events.
• Provide onsite support during hiring events.
• Coordinate candidate attendance and communicate hiring event results with site leadership.
• Ensure candidates are appropriately dispositioned following interviews and hiring events.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely communication regarding application status, interviews, and next steps.
• Facilitate People Relations portions of new hire orientation.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain recruiting reports, candidate tracking, and hiring documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring processes and procedures.
• Support additional recruiting, onboarding, and staffing initiatives as needed.
• Provide recruiting support to other locations during periods of increased hiring demand or business need.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with site leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume hourly recruiting.
• Experience coordinating job fairs or hiring events.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and virtual interviewing platforms such as VidCruiter.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
