Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking an HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition (Temporary) to support hourly production staffing at a manufacturing location. You will partner with Operations and People Relations to source, screen, and onboard candidates, coordinate hiring events, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service or administrative work preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly production staffing needs in partnership with Operations and People Relations.
• Participate in staffing meetings and provide recruitment updates.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for hourly production positions.
• Review applications and manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Assist with offer creation, candidate movement and tracking.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data in the ATS.
• Coordinate and monitor VidCruiter virtual interviews.
