Doosan Bobcat NA US is seeking an HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition (Temporary) to support hourly production staffing at an assigned manufacturing location. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, coordinating hiring events, and assisting with onboarding to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include partner collaboration with Operations and People Relations, maintaining recruiting data, and coordinating interviews via VidCruiter.

Competenze

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with site leadership teams.

• Partner with Operations and People Relations to support hourly production staffing needs.
• Participate in staffing meetings and provide recruitment updates as needed.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for hourly production positions.
• Review applications and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer creation, candidate movement, and position tracking activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within applicant tracking systems.
• Monitor and manage candidates through the VidCruiter virtual interview process.
• Plan, schedule, and promote job fairs and hiring events.
• Coordinate candidate attendance and communicate hiring event results with site leadership.
• Ensure candidates are appropriately dispositioned following interviews and hiring events.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely communication regarding application status, interviews, and next steps.
• Facilitate People Relations portions of new hire orientation.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain recruiting reports, candidate tracking, and hiring documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring processes and procedures.
• Support additional recruiting, onboarding, and staffing initiatives as needed.
• Provide recruiting support to other locations during periods of increased hiring demand.
