Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years HR experience and handling confidential information.
• Experience handling confidential information required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS.
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Director with data entry, filing, mailings, and similar duties.
• Prepare HR-related correspondence including forms, policies, and reports.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new hires and temporary staff; manage postings and scheduling.
• Maintain personnel data in the HRIS database.
• Support separation of employment processes for voluntary and involuntary exits.
• Produce HR reports through the HRIS system.
• Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations or answers.
• Provide employees with information on policies, programs, and development opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and assist with executive administration as needed.
