Healthcare Arizona is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team at our Goodyear, AZ facility. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and bilingual abilities are preferred.

The position handles onboarding, payroll support, and maintains HRIS records while ensuring policy compliance and professional customer service in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as HR Assistant or administrative role.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll/recruitment tasks.
• Able to work with MS 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required documentation for new employee orientation.
• Onboard new employees including I-9 Verification and E-Verify.
• Maintain personnel records in the HRIS.
• Respond to employee questions and route inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with payroll processing and recruitment activities.
• Manage lobby and all incoming deliveries.
• Order supplies.
• Support consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Help to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
