Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, classification, compensation, benefits and HRIS tasks.
• Liaise with LAHSA departments and external agencies on HR matters.
• Support Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition teams on projects.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, assessments, and training.
• Prepare reports and organizational charts; assist with HR documentation.
