The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a paraprofessional HR role in Texas to support recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration within our operations.

You will maintain employee records, assist with regulatory reporting, and help ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and local laws while delivering excellent employee support. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years HR experience, or a related degree with 1 year of experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills; HRIS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and employment laws.
• Experience with an HR Information System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide paraprofessional HR support including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records.
• Maintain insurance, retirement plans, and payroll-related records.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and applicable laws; assist with regulatory reporting.
