• Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, laws, and confidentiality.
• Experience with HR Information Systems preferred.
• Professionalism and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supports local recruiting and onboarding with centralized HR teams.
• May assist in administration and tracking of staff development training.
• Engages employees and resolves issues with professionalism and tact.
• Performs new employee onboarding and ensures policy understanding.
• Maintains personnel records and handles HR data entry tasks.
• Provides guidance on HR policies and procedures, including time off and tuition reimbursement.
• Assists with leaves, payroll issues, and regulatory reporting as needed.
