GEO Corrections & Detentions seeks an HR paraprofessional to support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. You will maintain personnel records, assist with employee relations, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR concepts, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide paraprofessional HR support including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• Assist in training development and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Support payroll issues and benefits program administration.
• Prepare routine HR reports and analyze trends to identify issues.
