Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support a broad range of HR functions. The role provides a resource to employees and managers, handles inquiries, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.

The successful candidate will maintain personnel files, assist with verifications, and contribute to employee engagement events while supporting HR projects across the Campus/Entity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a broad range of Human Resource Functions.
• Experience with an HRIS System preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for general HR inquiries.
• Assist with HR Compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain active and terminated personnel files and respond to subpoenas as needed.
• Complete employment verifications per Network policy.
• Plan and participate in employee engagement and recognition events.
• Assist with special projects/events for the Campus/Entity.
• Assist with employee photo ID badge process and related supplies.
