Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of human resources experience OR six years of full-time experience in any field.
• A bachelor’s degree.
• Experience substitution: every 30 semester hours equals one year of experience, up to four years.

Responsibilities

• Support personnel-related responsibilities for employee administration, classification and pay, and performance evaluation systems.
• Assist onboarding, orientation, and initial training expectations for new hires.
• Work with agency supervisors and managers on personnel matters in line with Civil Service rules and agency policies.

Bachelor's degree

Six years of full-time experience in any field
