Job summary

The Louisiana Special School District is seeking a Human Resources Analyst A, B, C, or Specialist to assist with day-to-day HR functions including hiring, onboarding, employee support, and compliance.

Location: Baton Rouge. Appointment type: Probational or Promotional. Work hours typically 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. The role requires knowledge of State Civil Service rules and SSD policies, with familiarity of LDOE Bulletin requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years of HR experience; OR six years in any field; OR a bachelor's degree.
• Experience substitutions: every 30 semester hours equals one year.
• Knowledge of State Civil Service rules and SSD policies.
