Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Human Resource Specialist I to support HR operations in Little Rock, AR. The role focuses on onboarding, payroll coordination, policy guidance, and engagement initiatives to help the company attract, develop, and retain talent.

The position requires payroll experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration, with 2–5 years in HR preferred. The role is a 2-month assignment with standard business hours and in-person interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required for external candidates, preferred for internal candidates.
• 2-5 years of HR experience is preferred.
• Payroll experience is a must for submission.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional core HR processes (new associate orientation, unemployment claims, onboarding, exit interviews, leave administration, OSHA reporting).
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition in recruitment and staffing plans.
• Assist and maintain the eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Aid HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
