This role emphasizes high energy, confidentiality, and strategic talent planning, with opportunities to grow across HR areas in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR, particularly recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate specifications.
• Coordinate with managers to define role requirements and publish postings.
• Source candidates via databases, portals, social media, and networking events.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and organize phone and in-person interviews.
• Onboard new hires and manage documentation and CRM/ATS data.

iSpace (ASBC LLC), the official Apple Premium Partner in Georgia, is hiring an HR Specialist

We are looking for a driven and ambitious HR Specialist who will play an important role in the development of our team. The primary focus will be talent acquisition and selection, though the position also covers onboarding of new employees and other HR processes.

Quarterly MBO bonus: 2,350 GEL (NET)

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate specifications
• Collaborate with department managers to compile consistent role requirements
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking events
• Prepare and publish job postings on relevant platforms
• Actively source candidates, screen CVs, and conduct initial interviews
• Organize phone and in-person interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process and provide feedback
• Complete all necessary documentation and onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Maintain candidate and vacancy data in CRM and ATS systems throughout the recruitment process

Onboarding

• Plan and lead the adaptation process for new employees
• Maintain communication with employees and managers during the probation period

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field)
• Experience in HR, particularly in recruitment
• Experience in the retail sector is a strong advantage
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken communication are essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Commitment to confidentiality and a high sense of responsibility
