Job summary

You will use Workday, manage HR data with accuracy, and collaborate with people leaders to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience while handling requests efficiently and escalating where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years HR experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with Workday and recruiting/onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of I-9s, background checks, and onboarding.
• Familiarity with HR data management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR solutions tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries about requisitions and onboarding.
• Audit and open job requisitions with attention to detail.
• Process onboarding tasks including offer letters, background checks, and I-9s.
• Respond to service requests and manage HR cases to completion.
