The role partners with COEs and leadership to deliver HR programs, coach managers, and ensure regulatory compliance across global operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact, in-person opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; years of HR experience based on Edwards criteria.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Certification in related discipline (PHR/SPHR/GPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to implement HR strategy within budgets and legal standards.
• Act as strategic thought partner for client groups, countries, or regions to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Partner with HR Management or COEs to forecast workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Provide consulting to leadership on talent strategies to build organizational capability.
• Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs for client groups to meet talent requirements.
• Participate in interviews and compensation analysis to drive competitive offers.
