Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Draper, UT is seeking an in-person, full-time Human Resources leader to direct a team of HR professionals and translate business goals into people strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and HR experience required.
Demonstrated track record in people management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to implement HR strategy within budgets and compliance.
Act as strategic partner to assigned client groups to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Partner with COEs to assess workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
Advise leadership on talent strategies to build an engaged, high-performing organization.
Participate in talent interviews and compensation analysis for competitive offers.
Analyze trends to identify training needs and coordinate coaching programs.
