Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Draper, UT (in-person, full-time) is seeking an HR leader to guide a team of HR professionals and drive the strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent. You will work closely with COEs and business leaders to shape people strategies that align with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring a strong track record in people management, excellent communication, negotiation and project-management skills, and a deep understanding of employment law across US regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated track record in people management or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to implement HR strategy within budgets and compliant with regulations
• Act as strategic thought partner to client groups/regions to develop and implement HR strategy
• Partner with COEs to forecast workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build an engaged, high-performing organization
• Deliver HR programs across client groups in collaboration with COEs and Shared Services
• Participate in interview/selection and conduct compensation analysis to drive competitive offers
• Identify training/coaching needs via trends analysis and coordinate with COEs to implement solutions
