Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, onboarding, office administration, or a similar support role is preferred, but not required.
• Experience supporting new-hire paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, or other pre-employment requirements is preferred.
• Experience using Workday or another human resources information system is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependability and consistent follow-through.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Extend offer letters in Workday.
• Send background check and drug screening authorization forms.
• Review completed background check and drug screening results.
• Set up pre-work screens.
• Run motor vehicle record checks when needed.
• Submit IT requests for equipment needed by new hires.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure they stay on top of required paperwork.
• Once background and drug screening results return with a “hire” status, complete the hiring process in Workday.
• Create badges for new hires.
