Qualifications

• Three years' experience in human capital management or related support role.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Google; strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with human capital management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer the complete process for new hires.
• Facilitate workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
• Develop, maintain, and update job descriptions.
• Support accurate posting of positions and announcements.
• Maintain the CCS employee database including licenses, background checks, and trainings.
• Execute annual personnel activities including licensure and training updates, and employee engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with the Treasurer's Office on personnel matters.
• Maintain electronic storage of employee information.
