Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions seeks a Human Resource Specialist to manage HR procedures and oversee hiring to support the residential care program in Houston, TX. The role covers full HR lifecycle, including records, onboarding, and policy administration.

You will handle employee relations, training support, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Strong MS Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive proficiency is expected to drive efficient HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in HR.
• Experience with Federal Government Contracts is preferred.
• Experience in human services fields or related areas is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and onboarding/offboarding, and manage job status changes.
• Recruit, review resumes, conduct pre-screening/interviews, and reference checks; support orientation and policy communication.
• Manage employee relations, recognition programs, and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws; conduct HR audits; prepare reports using MS Office/SharePoint/OneDrive.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Associate degree in Business Administration or related field

HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
