Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email.
• Review client data and prepare for discovery meetings.
• Create proposals and secure client decisions.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners on sold accounts.
