Paychex is hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth within our client base and new accounts across the Texas market. You will self-generate leads, prepare discovery insights, and craft proposals to expand Paychex footprint with small businesses.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree preferred.
3 years of inside or outside B2B sales experience.
Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule daily meetings.
Review client data and prepare discovery meetings to uncover client needs and propose Paychex solutions.
Create proposals from meeting insights and secure client decisions.
Negotiate to close sales and review agreements with clients.
Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions and services.
Ensure timely submission of sales paperwork and reports.
